"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually who are not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so others won't feel insecure around you. We were born to manifest the glory of God in us. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fears, our presence liberates others."
What is Coaching?
A Coach enters the coaching relationship believing the client is resourceful, creative and whole.
Coaching is a thought-provoking, creative process where individuals receive support, accountability, encouragement and resources to help them become the best version of themselves.
A coach has only one agenda, and that is to support the client.
How is Coaching different from other similar professions, like counselors or consultants?
Let's look at this from the context of riding a bike.
If you asked a consultant about riding a bike, the consultant would tell you about the best bikes to buy, the best bike for certain terrains or conditions, and the best places to ride.
If you asked a teacher about riding a bike, the teacher would explain the history of and facts about bike riding, and teach you how to ride a bike.
If you asked a counselor about riding a bike, the counselor would ask about how you learned to ride the bike and why you keep falling off of the bike.
If you asked a personal coach about riding a bike, the coach would ask you where you are going and then run alongside you as you ride toward your destination.

What is a Reiki session like?
Reiki is administered through the hands of a Reiki practitioner with the client sitting or lying fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner places their hands, around the head and shoulders, the abdomen, and on the legs and feet. The practitioners’ hands are held at each location, lightly touching or slightly away from the body. The Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit of energy from the Divine Healer, releasing energy into the clients body and energy field. A session usually lasts 45-90 minutes, but shorter sessions are also possible.
What is a Spiritual Healer?
Trina believes a Spiritual Healer is someone who encourages your healing by listening to your truth, all of it! Listening is one of the oldest forms of healing, it just requires someone to listen. A Spiritual Healer is someone who helps to restore an individual's health, whether it is physically, emotionally or spiritually. Trina, as a Spiritual Healer, works under the premise that the Divine is the ultimate healer and she trusts the Divine to use her for His highest good.

What Does a Freedom Coaching Client Look Like?
Trina helps people like Cynthia, Anne and Doug. Here are their stories:
Cynthia longs to live a more wild, authentic life. She's been the dutiful, good wife and mom and now desires to take the lid off the box she and others have put her in. She over-gives in her relationships and suffers from the "disease to please." She has a hard time saying "no" and establishing healthy boundaries, she often plays the martyr. She is very in tune to everyone else's needs except her own. She is a co-dependent. She does not share with others her true feelings. Although she is a devout Christian, she longs to have a more expansive view of her spirituality. At the age of 55, she wonders, "Is this all there is?" She feels something is lacking.
Anne is 53, is a divorced empty nester. She wonders, "Now what?" There are so many possibilities, she doesn't know what to do. She is drug addiction counselor who is overweight and very hard on herself. She is often bored in the evenings after work and eats to fill the emotional void. She has been in some bad relationships and longs to be more connected to others. She is sick and tired of how she feels and looks and wants to love herself more, yet struggles with low self esteem. She seems brave on the outside but inside she is unraveling. She longs to break free from her inner mean girl and is ready to live from a deeper, more soulful place, letting go of self-imposed expectations and striving.
As a doctor, Doug's life work is treating and caring for others. At 49, he is overweight and desires to walk the talk and live a more authentic, healthy life. He often comes home from a long day of caring for patients and rewards all his hard work with food in front of the TV. He stays up late on the computer, often turning to pornography as a means of escape. He is disconnected from his wife and desires to have a more real, intimate relationship with her. He attends church, but he is spiritually tired and soul weary. Feeling a lot of pressure at work, he longs for a less stressful vocation but he is uncertain what to do. He has been in a pattern of neglecting his health. He is ready to start taking care of himself in healthier ways.
