The God Box: A Daughter's Story by Mary Lou Quilan at the Washington House

Mary Lou Quinlan is an actor, author and advocate for hospice, cancer and other community causes. Based on her New York Times bestseller “The God Box," she developed this show with co writer and director Martha Wollner of NYC’s LAByrinth Theater. Mary Lou has written four books, as well as many features for national women’s magazines. She has appeared as a correspondent on the CBS Early Show and co starred in the premiere season of the weekly primetime ABC TV reality show “American Inventor.” She led a pioneering career in advertising and marketing, as one of the first female CEO’s of a major New York City ad agency and founded her own women’s marketing company Just Ask a Woman. She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and lives in Bucks County, PA. Her father Ray Finlayson was cared for by Grand View Hospice.
